Christmas & New Year Order Dates 2020/21

Our office and warehouse operation is closed from Thursday 24th December 2020 to Sunday 3rd January 2021 (inclusive).

The last order date for orders to be delivered pre-Christmas is Monday 21st December. Orders placed up to this date will be delivered on or before Thursday 24th December.

We will endeavour to ship any order placed after Monday 21st December, but we cannot guarantee any delivery dates and these orders may end up being shipped in the New Year.

Any orders placed Thursday 24th December to Sunday 3rd January 2021 (inclusive) will start to be process & shipped from Monday 4th January 2021.

Please note, if you are a consumer based outside of the United Kingdom and wish to enquire about a guarantee claim, aftersales, buying our products etc, it is best to contact either the retailer from where you purchased the item. Or you can contact the Ken Hom Woks Brand Representative in the country of purchase. Different countries offer different rights to consumers. They will have more information relevant to your country, as designs, spare parts and availability vary by location. The process and criteria may vary from country to country by retailer. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these laws and policies.
