Excellence Non Stick Carbon Steel Wok Set 31cm

This wok is suitable for induction hobs as well as makes stir-frying quick and easy and has an ideal capacity for cooking up a tasty meal for 3 to 4 people. Lightweight and featuring a flat bottom, it is easy to use and fits perfectly on all hob types including induction. This wok includes a lid and a tempura rack and is dishwasher safe with a 5 year guarantee.

Easy to Use

To start cooking, place the wok centrally on your hob ring and heat up gently with cooking oil. Once the oil is smoking hot, add your chosen ingredients and start cooking. The non-stick coating means you don't need to turn the hob up to full heat. As long as you keep stirring and the food is sizzling, it will cook quickly and evenly.

The superior non-stick coating ensures the wok heats up faster and needs less oil making it a perfect piece of kitchen equipment for everyday use. The long phenolic handle ensures it is easy to carry and perfectly balanced so won't topple over.

It is advised, while using the watch on induction hobs, that the induction booster is only used for a very short time.

Two Tier Bamboo Steamer

This Ken Hom Bamboo Steamer is perfect for recreating Chinese steamed recipes. The
Bamboo Steamer is 20cm/7¾” in diameter and features two tiers. It also comes complete with two recipes.

A traditional steamer made from natural bamboo that is ideal for cooking a wide array of ingredients in one of the healthiest ways possible as no oil or additional liquids are required. The two tiered design allows you to cook multiple ingredients at the same time all in the same wok.

Easy to Use

Simply fill a wok with boiling water until it almost reaches the level of the lower shelf, place the food in the steamer baskets on a plate or piece of greaseproof baking paper and pop the lid on. Check periodically to ensure the wok doesn't boil dry. Based on a traditional shape and design it is suitable for use with all Ken Hom woks but also works well with a number of other pans.
